Share Accounting package

Shares Accounting System maintains the complete data of shareholders including their personal information and capital accounts. It keeps record of Share certificates, and Share Transactions for both transferor and transferee. It calculates the interim and final Bonuses and Right Shares. The package gives the viable facility to generate Dividend Warrants for any period against any percentage of dividend rate. The package has also got the ability to connect with the Central Depository System and transfer required data on custom basis.

	Maintains the complete data of shareholder including their Personal Information and Capital Accounts showing Balance B/F, Transfers, Bonus and Right shares and present balance and also takes care of joint Holder Accounts.
	Keeps up to date record of Shares Certificates in all respects and their present ownership. The package also records the Lost share certificates and share certificates lien with other parties.
	Records all transactions related to transfers, transmissions, splitting, lost and replaced share certificates etc. It also provides Transfer Deed (a document is used for Share Transactions) verification directly on the computer.
	Maintains the Share Certificate modules related to Splitting / Lost / Replacement, Pledged, Verification / Stop Verification will be restricted for handling any kind of Transaction or movement of Share Certificates.
	Provides a well-knitted facility to issue Dividends, Bonus Shares, Right Letters and subsequent Right Shares related to creation of files, handling of data and printing of Dividend Warrants, Certificates and Right Letters.
	Prints all statutory and other management reports, forms, returns and registers keeping in view Company Laws, Rules and Regulations as well as different periods like Book Closures and Financial Year-End e.g. Forma-A Form-lll and Pattern of Shareholding.
